COMMON QUESTIONS
What does 8% commission actually mean for my business?
For every sale that comes through Mirr, we take 8¢ in the dollar — you keep 92¢. There are no monthly platform fees, no setup costs, and no charges for virtual try-ons. Mirr only earns when you do.
How does the virtual try-on work for my products?
You upload photos of your garments. When a shopper visits your listing, they upload a photo of themselves and see the garment on their own body in about a minute. The shopper sees themselves wearing your piece before they buy — we handle all the technology behind it.
What do you need from me to get started?
Product photos (front-facing, plain background), pricing, and a short brand description. We’ll walk you through the product upload process after you submit — it usually takes less than an hour to get your first products live.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts go directly to your bank account via Stripe. We’re finalising the payment schedule now — founding brands will be the first to know, and will have direct input on what works for them.
Can I leave if it’s not working?
Yes. There’s no lock-in contract and no exit fee. The 12-month founding rate is a benefit, not a commitment — you can pause or close your listing at any time.
Can brands outside Australia join Mirr?
Yes. Mirr welcomes brands from anywhere — if virtual try-on adds value for your customers, we want you on the platform. We’re built in Australia, but listings, try-ons, and the Buy flow work for any brand worldwide, and founding spots are open globally.
