Everything on Mirr rests on two sets of numbers: your body measurements, and the garment's. Both take a couple of minutes to get right — here is exactly how.
The fitting room asks for height, chest, waist, and hips. These four drive every fit score you see.
No shoes, heels against a wall, standing tall. Measure floor to the top of your head.
COMMON MISTAKE — using the height from an old licence. Measure today; posture changes it.
Around the fullest part of your chest, tape level all the way round. Breathe normally — measure mid-breath, not puffed out.
COMMON MISTAKE — letting the tape drop at the back. Level means parallel to the floor.
Your natural waistline — the narrowest point, usually just above the navel. Relax your stomach; do not suck in.
COMMON MISTAKE — measuring where your jeans sit. That is your hip, not your waist.
Feet together, tape around the fullest part of your seat. Check in a mirror that the tape sits level.
COMMON MISTAKE — measuring at the hip bone. The fullest point is usually lower.
Your measurements stay on your device — the fitting room remembers them so you only do this once.
Zip or button the garment fully, spread it flat on a hard surface, and smooth it out — no stretching, no bunching. Measure edge to edge across the flat garment and report those centimetres as they are: we double the flat width for circumference internally, so always submit flat cm, never the doubled figure. Measure your smallest stocked size.
Tops and outerwear — chest armpit to armpit, waist edge to edge, length from the highest shoulder point to the hem.
Bottoms — waist straight across the waistband, hips at the widest point below it, inseam from the crotch seam to the hem.
These are the exact conditions the try-on renders best from. Ready to submit? Submit your products →
